First, I want to say that the staff was friendly and helpful. Jasmyn at the front desk was very nice. My low rating is not due to the staff.
The hotel is older and feels a little raggedy and dingy. Our room was up against Fremont street; nice view but unbelievably loud all night & into the morning. Even with ear plugs it was impossible to sleep. The room felt distressed and not quite clean. The lighting is dim, carpet damaged & furniture in rough shape. The fitness center was bare, with a few pieces of older equipment including bikes & three treadmills & weights but no fans (so hot!) and no yoga mats or Pilates equipment. I cut my stay short, I just couldn't take it.
