  • This afternoon, after getting back from yesterday's wedding, I looked up at the kitchen ceiling in horror! There was a bad, bad leak, and the dripping was coming from multiple spots! In a state of panic and desperation (we thought we fixed it!!!), I went on elocalplumbers.com, and clicked on Chase Plumbing. Within a minute, I got a call back. It turns out that Patrick Chase, the owner, lives a few blocks from us. A less than an hour later, the leaking has stopped. Some loose bolts on the bottom of the toilet were the culprit. The damage? $65. Thanks Pat. Whew!
