  • Had a really bad experience with this company(very long story). To summarize: They where contracted by my home warranty company to complete work and after their initial visit to diagnose the problem and order parts, they became horrible with follow through and communication. Rarely answered or responded to calls. When I did reach them, they were unprofessional, they'd give vague answers and never followed up as promised. Even my home warranty company couldn't get them to return calls. I have zero trust in this company given that they avoid communication with their clients and make non-stop excuses. Ended up hiring a different company to complete the work after 2.5 months of waiting on them to complete what they started.
