  • Stayed for two nights in February 2016 (13 and 14). Nice hotel, large room, nice furniture, two flat screens, breakfast - OK... But bedspreads were just terribly dirty! They had dust and sand and ANIMAL HAIR (!) on them and looked like were used for floor mopping. We arrived very late at night and were too tired to call the reception with complain. My child woke up with red eyes, even though we didn't use bedspreads (I just removed them). This means that pillowcases were not clean too, yack... We saw dogs in hotel. I wonder, if pets are allowed in hotel, why the beddings are not cleaned properly after them? The worst hotel experience ever. Filthy property. Never will stay in Hyatt again.
