  • I decided to stop in Kate Spade NY, just to see what was new. I recieved great service...many of the sales associates on the sales floor offered assistance and even gave their opinion on a wallet I was trying to decide on. But, I must say Brooke was amazing...she informed me of an item they did not have in stock. She told me it might be at the South Outlet and decided to call that store to do a stock check. They had it and she asked to place the item on hold until closing. I appreciated that she took a few minutes to do that for me because I really wanted the item and didn't mind going to the South Outlet to get it.
