  • I'd pay close attention to what they tell you with another source. They say one thing on the phone and charge more when you pick up the car. My wife picked up her car after an oil change and they did not change the filter. They told her, "we couldn't get the filter off and didn't want to break the filter housing. We'll change it next time." Wrong answer! I brought it back and the guy says, "would you like to take your car back to the last shop that changed your oil?" When I challenged them to make it right they argued with me. I also checked their headlamp price versus Autozone--twice the price! I will never go back.
