  • I was hesitant to eat at Cure because of prices and the overall menu. I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone!!! For starters I ordered the small order of Bread and "Butter" and it was amazing! It was black olive focaccia bread with whipped lard, salt and roasted garlic, preserve citrus, capers with fried rosemary. For dinner I had the Beef Tartare. It was topped with pickled jalapeño, oyster aioli, black garlic, shallot and cured egg yolk. You mixed it all up and ate it with salt & vinegar chips on butter lettuce. I also ordered a small order of Spaghetti Carbonara it was comprised of salty pork bits, peas, eggs, roasted garlic, soffit and topped Pecorino Romano. It was all AMAZING!!!! Don't hold out, Go!!!
