  • Worst customer service ever. Charged me twice for connecting the Internet. Charged me for a cable TV self-installation kit I never received. Customer service is indifferent as to how to resolve issues. TV reception is terrible. Internet is passable. DirecTV is a much better option and cost less. I will never opt for Cox again. There is nothing good about Cox anymore.
