| - I have been several times to this spa to use their facilities but never for a service. By far the best massage! If you are wanting the whole sensory experience with the glowing candles, scented aroma therapy, cozy linens on top of the massage tables and other things that lure you into spas then you will be disappointed.
BUT, if you want a fabulous artisan massage by a strong Korean woman that will find that knot in your shoulder or back and make you limp like a wet noodle, THIS IS THE PLACE and ask for Emily. Apparently Korean Massage School is fine tuned compared to the message therapists I've received on the strip. No leaf is left unturned, from your scalp to your toes.
If you are easily offended by exposing your naked butt, go else where. You are naked on your tummy, they cover your private area but she scoots down the cloth to work the sciatica on the butt cheeks. Boobs get massaged too, you are covered by a light gauze cloth..
I grew up in Japan until I was 18 and the Japanese Onsen is a way of living, nobody cares what you look like naked anyway. You have to go in with a mind set that these massages are not intended to be sleazy or inappropriate as seen by westerner. They are truly committed in providing excellent massage experience. So, if she moves your leg in a particular position and it exposes you a bit, don't have a "OMG, COW". Nothing was intended inappropriately.
The water area is swimsuit optional. Only saw 1 Caucasian woman wearing a bikini everyone else, NOT. They treat the locals right, with a discount of $5 off a massage and if you only want to use their facilities $18 for as long as y ou want to stay. The $18 is waived with a service purchase.
All the positive remarks about cleanliness on the reviews are all true!
Trying the massage and scrub next time, recommended by Emily.
