If you ever are in a need of a tow, do no let this company tow your vehicle. My vehicle busted a radiator hose, so I called my roadside assistance and they dispatched Industrial Towing. My vehicle broke down on the side of the road and was on a slanted surface. The tow truck drive tried to hitch my vehicle from the level roadway. When he put the wheel lift under my vehicle, it got caught on the slanted surface and turned sideways. Without checking, the driver lifted my vehicle and saw that he had lifted it by the oil pan and not by the tires. He lowered my vehicle and tried again, but still could not get the wheel lift positioned correctly. He asked me to push the car onto the level roadway, then successfully hitched my vehicle. It wasn't until he had dropped my vehicle at my house and left that I noticed an oil leak. His negligence punctured my oil pan. When I filed a claim, the driver denied having any problems hooking up my vehicle. The tow truck company would not take any blame and the roadside assistance company denied my claim. So, now I'm stuck with a $1200 repair bill because their driver doesn't know how to hitch a vehicle correctly.
