  • I don't think I've had pho like this in 15 years. We were brought here by a few friends who come here almost on a weekly basis and sing the praises of the broth. We had the small rare steak and a flank ph which were both incredible. The rare steak had a complex, flavorful broth while the flank tasted like there's a wizard in the kitchen, letting magical soup simmer for hours with the right amount of stock, fat, and ingredients. We also ordered the gi cun which was fantastic on its own, but complemented an already amazing post-bar dinner. Highly recommended.
