  • Just terrible! I recently had my carpet cleaned by these guys and I wouldn't recommend them. The carpet was cleaned early just after 10am, the carpet didn't dry until late at night, that's ridiculous. The next day I noticed a large brown spot in my living room, I decided just to clean that spot again with a shampoo machine that I have, instead of probably dealing with them again. Overly priced I may add, I've had others charge 20-25 bucks a room and left the carpet looking great, with better drying time. This business owner is now continuing to harass me with messages, accusing me of being a competitor. Here's one of the responses of a few that were sent. From owner - "Mark, if you are truly a customer and have used our service, why can you not provide information on your appointment or send a picture of your services invoice? Our company services over 50 homes a week and we do not have time to go back and forth with competitors attempting to leave negative reviews. Especially when bragging about Steam Cleaning being a better method. You mention you shampoo your carpets, any cleaning store would have told you this was the worst way to clean carpet. With shampoo, soap, detergent. If you were a customer, please send the information requested so we can attempt to follow through with the issue. If you don't want a follow through, not a problem, but we would like to see verify that you were an actual customer before we flag the review. Thank you! - NaturalDry Team" Me - "You are being ridiculous now, I don't appreciate being harassed on here and would like it to stop. I use my shampoo machine for spot cleaning, no way in hell would I clean my entire home with it. I'm not bragging about steam cleaning, I said I did my research and found out by many resources that it was the best to do, online and local stores, not carpet cleaning companies but stores that provided carpet cleaning supplies. I go to a local store to get my shampoo so I called them and others. I'm done with this, take care." The owner immediately flagged me. My wife scheduled the appointment and does not want me to give them her info.
