I actually got my bike from Hacienda in Scottsdale, but I got a great deal on my Jacket during their holiday sale. I just recently got my bike serviced there because I had a bit of an accident. No major damage, but it took about a month just to get new parts and get things back to normal. You pay a premium to have a Harley dealer service your bike, but for resale purposes I like knowing the guys who sell em are the guys who fix em. The only major complaint is that after $600 of work and a month of waiting, they didnt even take the time to clean the bike before I picked it up. Just lazy and bad form in my opinion. Other wise a solid dealership with a great selection and very cool bike museum.
