rev:text	Absolutely horrible experience picking up 3 items i needed shortened. Not altered in any other way. When I asked about the pricing dropping off the dresses I was quoted 30.00 maybe 45.00 tops. Which is usually about average for any other item I have had shortened anywhere else. I come to pick up my items and am charged 80.00 which is completely insane for what I requested. I didn't have anything special requested other than take 3 inches off the bottom of my outfits. I did express to the person working I would not be returning and that they need to be more up front with fees. He did offer to call his manager however I was on my way to the airport so didn't take him up on the offer. I an hoping the alterations have been done to decent standards as I have yet to even look at them. ******I should also state per the response that I was only offered a credit on dry cleaning to remove my bad review. Which makes me think that all previous bad reviews were paid to be removed. Also, I do understand that there could be miscommunication but I will guarantee I was not quoted a per item amount as I asked what my total would be. I appreciate it being completed in the time it was done and even noted to the person working that I would of paid more than 30-45 for them being so accommodating. My complaint is that pricing is not clear and I was quoted approx 30-50 dollars lower. The person the next day even told me that this happens all the time and he hates quoting ppl because pricing isn't always accurate. My review is for that issue to be fixed and that pricing should be clearly posted
