  • I used to go to this place regularly for more than a year- until a few months ago. The owners are very pleasant and nice BUT the staff is quite arrogant and rude at times. I used to go every 3 weeks more or less, and got my bio gel done plus a pedicure, so an average of $110 a month plus tips. The last few times I went, I received bad treatment, the lady doing my nails was rude and harsh on my hands when I pointed out something that I didn't like on one of my nails, she was very inpatient and said she can't do my nails square which is funny because I have my nails square for the past few years and then she no longer wanted to work on my nails In the meantime a lot of Korean talking started between the staff, which always bothered me a lot and laughing.I'm a nice person and I don't like confrontation, I pointed out to the owners that I come there to relax and have some me time and not argue with their staff. They were apologetic and defended the lady explaining she had other customers and the owner finished the work. Needless to say they lost a customer.
