  • This is officially one of my favorite Mexican food shops. I am very picky about my red chile beef because no one makes it like my mother except Tacos Chiwas. I ordered the deshebrada roja gordita and the red chile was delicious and flavorful and it had potatoes!! Just like my mother makes hers. Love, love, loved it!! My other favorite gordita is the bean and cheese. Beans are perfectly refried with the perfect amount of cheese. This place is awesome!
