  • I really like National is located directly across the street from the airport. It was a bit trying finding a car when I flew in from Atlanta with many others renting from National also. It would be nice if consumers had the ability to select a car before showing up like National in Alexandria, LA.. All and all, mostly positive experience. Did find a great car to rent. The vehicle selection is not bad. One thing I have noticed at all of the Nationals that have bypass the counter service, despite being an executive elite customer, I'm usually pointed in the direction of cars for regular Emerald Club members...not sure why.
