  • Love it! Would love it more if my drinks were hotter...every time I get a drink I want it to be hotter...maybe if they preheated the cups? Or just invest in a microwave so that I can be in control of the temperature at which I consume my beverage. Everyone here is very friendly though and I am a big fan. Edit: Shortly after I posted my review, one of the Phoenix managers sent me a lovely email thanking me for my review and asking what drinks I usually order. This concern for customers is why we all keep going to Phoenix. Well, that, and the delicious drinks, and the free wi-fi, and the copious outlets, and the atmosphere, and... : )
