  • The worst rental car place I've ever been too! I travel frequently for business and on a routine trip to Las Vegas I waited over two hours in line to pick up my rental car! My suggestion is that Avis hire people to work at the front desk with a college education or any sort of brains. So they might be able to do simple clerical/administrative work with competency.
