  • This circle K is managed by a grey haired fellow named Don. I've heard the employees speak of him in a not so friendly way several times. I used to work for a Circle K and I'm familiar with policy. The employees at the location like to make up their own rules depending how they feel that day. It's offered at all circle K locations to have the option to get up to $40 cash back. If the employee doesn't like you or doesn't feel like it, she/he will just say no, despite it being a service that's supposed to be offered. There is always a line, I'm never in and out. As stated before, Don is the manager and seems to have no clue how his employees behave and treat customers when he is not around. Even when he is there working a register, he is not very fast and definitely not very friendly. He has checked me out several times, and after the transaction he never says a word. I'm the one that has to say "thank you have a nice day", in which he usually just looks at me.. Not my favorite place, but it's so close to my home, I don't have much other choice.
