Hard to say much that hasn't already been said about this place. As a native Floridian I'm very picky about seafood and wondered if they were a little overrated. Not to worry, their combination (shrimp, crab, and lobster) pan roast was one of the best seafood meals I've ever had. They use a cream/tomato base with some cooking wine and a spice level you pick from 1-10. I went 5 and it had a little kick without overpowering the flavor. The serving is massive and comes with some rice, it's pretty rich and two could easily share a bowl. The gumbo is just as excellent too if you'd rather try that. The meals are about $20-25 each and worth every cent.
I came around 11:30 pm on a Wednesday night and somehow only waited about 25 minutes for a seat. When you wait here you actually stand in line, no putting your name on a list. You could always bring a beach chair maybe if the wait is for hours? The service is really friendly and they cook everything right in front of you so you can watch for the 30 minutes or so it takes them to cook your meal.
This place is about a $20 cab ride from the strip is totally worth checking out.
