  • Do you think the donuts here are like the guy from the commercial long ago? "Time to make the donuts." Fresh baked throughout the day? Think again! As of spring '12, they receive their donuts FROZEN, have to defrost them for 4 hours, then bake, fill and frost. The coffee is inconsistent with the huge turnover of employees they have filtering through there, they don't seem to train them well enough. Even the manager at this location has gotten my coffee drink wrong, twice. I won't be going here anymore for coffee and stopped going here for donuts over a year ago when they stopped making them fresh. I'm pretty sure all the other AZ locations are the same, frozen donuts and not so great coffee. Better to pay a little more elsewhere and get good quality!
