  • I'll start by saying, this place is beautiful! I've been living here for 11 months and what had originally attracted me was how new and modern this neighborhood is. The gym and pools are 24 hours, a HUGE plus. Considering I'm paying $1500 a month for this two bedroom unit, I would've thought that maintenance would be more efficient in completing work orders. The main issues I was having was in correlation with my weird work schedule and maintenance doesn't call beforehand so I wouldn't hear them at the door. In regards to completing them effectively, I've found it best to coordinate the times with the girls in the leasing office, it seems to be much easier considering I sleep during most of the day. The ladies at the leasing office are incredibly helpful in all aspects.
