| - I started going to SVC in 1999 and was very happy with my doctor, who was, quite unfortunately, killed in an accident in 2001. For some reason I stayed, and it was OK for a while, but in the last 2 year I have been nothing but frustrated with this office.
Most recently, I went in to pick up a prescription for contacts, signed in, and was literally forgotten. I went back up 20 minutes later, and they told me to sign in, I told them I HAD signed in, and then one of the 5 girls working behind the counter (who all seem to be more worried about how cute they look in their outfits than they do about customer service) went to the back and rooted around for upwards of 25 minutes to find my file.
Much like Jasmine's review, the doctor I have gone to the last 2 years has NO idea who I am and always hands me a stack of her business cards upon leaving to hand out to my friends. Um, no...I don't think I'll be referring my friends to people who have no clue who I am, even though I have gone there for upwards of 12 years. The contacts are insanely expensive, and I have also gotten the hard sell for a year's prescription with the promise of contact solution--which are tiny bottles that they seem to be out of a lot when I actually do take the time to stop by.
This place is a train wreck and I will not be returning.
