  • I've been driving my Freightliner for years and recently had to "retire" my Freightliner ball cap due to its declining condition. I was in Phoenix and thought I would drop by the dealership. I went to the parts department, picked out my new cap, and went to the counter. I spoke to the bearded dude and he asked me, "that's it"? I told him yes it is. He then said "get outta here with that" and told me to have a good day. That's just good customer service and a great way to do business. I will definitely let all my people know about how great this place is. Thanks again...
