  • We bought top of line wall to wall carpet and an area rug from carpet mill. Installation was great but now the area rug has bled into the wall to wall carpet. We sent an email asking them to come and look at the colour change in our wall to wall carpet and have had no response. Now we are left with a discolouration in the rug and cannot ever move the area the rug an inch. You would think being carpet people first they would have know the area rug would bleed and second that at least they would respond or come and check for future reference (we are no distance from them). Not sure if Carpet Mill really knows carpet.
