| - I'm very frustrated with my transaction at the drive-up teller today. At one point I cashed a check for $240. $240 in twenty dollar bills was sent to me in the transfer tube. I sent it back, asking for "large bills", plus an additional $30 withdrawal from my account. I expected 2 hundreds, one fifty, and a twenty - $270. Instead, I received 1 hundred, and 1 fifty - $150.
I went inside to correct the error, and they told me that their drawer balanced, and that I must be mistaken. They said that I had only sent back $120. If that were true, then I should still have had $120 in twenties, but I had none - not on my person, nor in the car.
The assistant manager claimed that I seemed confused, but it seems pretty clear to me that I don't have the 6 twenties they claim I kept.
I felt that they were treating me as though I was just a delusional person that they wanted to just go away. I hope they will follow through and find a solution to correct things.
