  • I have lived at the Venicia property for 11 months and will not be renewing my lease for another year. There have been several problems, including having only one assigned parking space for a 2 car household, and having strangers & neighbors park in our one spot. When you call the towing number posted throughout the complex, they say security must call to have a vehicle removed. When you call Triton security, the company who patrols the complex, they are rude and say they only deal with things like parties or breaking and entering....really?! My roof started leaking in summer when we had occasional rain. Since then, every time it rains my ceiling drips water and has destroyed the wall twice. Each time they send maintenance to plaster over the hole/water damage and it still leaks when it rains. Problem has never been properly fixed. The gates for the complex stay open all day (until 7) and I see the same homeless man ride his bike throughout the complex each day and dig through the dumpsters. I pay over $1,000 for a 2 bedroom with windows that don't open, no balcony, and less than 900 square feet. Not worth the money!
