They turned out to be very expensive and, although most (but just most) arrived safely I have a few complaints:
* I told them I would be out of town during one week and they said, "No problem; we'll take that into consideration." That's the week they showed up. I was thousands of km away.
* They showed up with such a huge truck, they couldn't park it anywhere so they charged me an extra $500 to move it to a smaller van, even though it wasn't my mistake or fault.
* Although I brought very little furniture, they chose to obliterate two of the pieces I did bring.
* Their record keeping was so bad, it was impossible to tell if all boxes were delivered.
* One box was missing (see above). It contained my video camera and accessories, my baking scale. Basically over $1,000 worth of stuff that I couldn't claim because I couldn't tell if it was missing until I had unpacked absolutely everything (again, see above).
