I am not sure how to start this review I've been the customer for almost 15 years I will make this short and to the point I don't blame doctors of technology completely but I do hold them responsible for poor customer service and this is something I've never done before I was without a job and circumstances beyond my control my computer was left there for almost 6 months I understand that it's my fault the point of this is I called them today to let them know that I had the money to pay for my computer I've been communicating with them via texting two weeks ago they swipe the computer clean and they didn't save my information so I have lost 12 years of pictures of my grandchildren my family and I've lost all my documentation you would think that being text Savvy people they would put it on a USB stick or something just in case the customer came back we don't know our circumstances until we are there so let me just say this I cannot believe they lost a customer as loyal as me I am truly saddened and sickened to stomach over this today
