  • There is a reason why businesses are leaving chase bank. Services for businesses are diminished and there is no interest in making any transactions easy. Chase should listen closely to companies that want to make deposits in a timely manner. This is how banks make money, with deposits. Add the business line back in provide the banking service such as notary and add staff not machinery. I have a card but I want to work with a teller or a banker. I don't want to cattle call making a deposit and when I need a banker for a service I want to know one will be there. I want to have access to services not excuses. I will add that the employees there are great so you get 1 star but overall this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with.
