  • This is the worst property management company I've dealt with. Ever single time I've had a repair they have made me pay the service charge and most times said it was my responsibility to fix. Lived in the home for 12 months with no gate remote which I paid for and was in my lease. They have yet to do one repair to the house without charging me. I might as well own the home. Not to mention good luck contacting someone in the office. They never return your calls, they'll email you though.
