  • This was a booking made through Costco Travel. When we got to the Venetian Hotel, we were advised to use a special counter (which I think may be for freebies but disguised as "special service desk") We were given a room at the VENEZIA Tower, which was $300 cheaper on the COSTCO site. I paid extra for the Venetian. So, she gave us a smoking room at the Venetian, which smelled like a cigar bar. She was very unhelpful. We immediately went downstairs to speak to the concierge and he corrected the matter in less than 2 minutes. Hotel a little worn and some odor but still very nice and very nice staff. So yes, I will use them again but be aware.
