  • AzARH was absolutely wonderful. From Dr. Patel to the medical assistants. Everyone in the practice was very pleasant to deal with and very caring. The facility itself is not magnificent, but I can guarantee that they put their money into their knowledge and staff; rather than the materialistic appearance; which is not going to help anyone become pregnant. Right from the beginning Dr. Patel sat my husband and I down and was very straight forward with us, telling us IVF is our only option. We waited a year to get our finances in a place were we could afford to do the IVF process. After that year we came back and Dr. Patel remembered us (which is always a good feeling) and was ready to begin treatment. Sure enough, 1st round I became pregnant and had an amazing baby boy this March. As everyone with fertility issues knows, it is a long rough road for everyone involved. Dr. Patel and his staff were very supportive and never left you with unanswered questions. Nor did they overload you with all the information at one time. I remember trying to get every detail for the process and Dr. Patel reminded me that we are only focusing on 1 step at a time. I am thankful for him because otherwise if he would have told me every detail from step one, the stress would have been tremendous and I probably would not have my son. After my egg retrieval, unfortunately my ovaries did become over stimulated. I called the office that morning I was in pain, and they got me in within the hour to make sure everything was fine. What else can you say besides amazing patient care and bedside manner. After beginning our treatment we got to know pretty much all of the staff. They always made us feel welcome and important by remembering us and being positive about our treatment. They always called when they said they were going to and always returned my calls when I left messages. I have nothing more to say besides they are a great practice and Dr. Patel gave me the family I always wished for.
