rev:text	The Statler Arms is an apartment complex in the Theatre District of Downtown Cleveland. It used to be a Luxury Hotel, and they definitely have aspects of that carrying over into the building. Things I like about this place: The Lobby - Gorgeous Marbled Lobby - feels like a luxury complex! (Public) Amenities include The Copper Moon Coffee House (Amazing), Juji's Cafe (They deliver to each apartment), and a Tailor/Alterations. Which is nice! The concierge - This place comes with a 24X7 concierge at the front desk who will be happy to get you a taxi, recommend places and get your dry cleaning dropped off and picked up. A definite Plus. The Apartments - So maybe I'm a bit biased, but I lived on PH2 (that's one of the penthouse suites here), and was able to get it for $1200 a month along with a roommate (so $600 a piece!). Plus heat is paid. Love!!! Gym - They actually have a new, good proper gym! Rec room - Table Tennis, Pool and fooseball, along with large tvs... nice place to chill. Dislike: They just don't do short term leases! Only thing that didnt work out for me! After a year had some uncertainty about location due to work, and price for a 6 month lease was about 33% higher! Parking: The statler arms garage wants to charge you $170 per month for parking!!!! Insane! And they give people working in the building opposite the place $85/month parking! WTF?! Seriously... I had parking in a building a block away just because of that! Would live here again for the right price
