  • So many people on here are complaining about wait times and needing to pay for getting things fixed. They have about 30 people all waiting to be seen and everyone thinks they'll be seen right away. Common sense, you may be waiting a little with that many people, just like the doctors office. And if you take a car that's out of warranty into a dealership to get it fixed - News flash - you're paying for it. It's the same thing here. Don't know why people look at going to the Genius Bar any differently. Just the whiny entitled people who are lacking common sense are the only ones complaining. Idiots. Anyway this location is right next to my work so I usually go here mainly to buy stuff, but I went in the other day to get my camera fixed and the girl who helped me was super nice and really knew her stuff. She told me my battery was bad as well, so I paid to fix the camera since it was out of warranty but didn't have to pay for the battery because I guess it was a known problem. And she gave me some cool photography tips! This place continues to give great customer service every time!
