  • Sick of paying a bill every month on time with this company for them to charge me extra fees for "not paying on time". I use the envelopes they provide each year to send off. I've never in my life seen a company so bad at performing simple account recievables. I just had to send off proof of payment which was all on time for the past year still waiting for them to return my refund of the extra money I paid them for the "late fees". Once again I sent in this months payment " ONTIME" and yet again they are saying they haven't received payment and they will not reimburse me until this is handled. I truly feel this is their way of ripping people off. Paying HOA's your suppose to get something in return, right? Well here we don't wish I could post pictures of the landscape of the this place. Cause believe me I have them. Atleast if your going to steal peoples money you should at least provide good service and u don't. YOU ALL SUCK AT YOUR JOBS AND LIFE!!! STAY AWAY FROM HENDERSON PROPERTIES.
