  • I've gone here at least 6 times with family or friends (had it only been up to me, I'd go elsewhere). All but one visit I've ever had have been horrible. The "therapists" talk to each other too much on all occasions I've been And the last time I went (yesterday), they made us pay and tip before getting the massage --- which ended up being very mediocre. First comment my lady made was about how she needed to be right back so she can "collect her money..." she came back all giddy, "Yes, got my tips now." I laughed, it's alright but thennn she was too rough, fast, and clearly rushing. While "rubbing" my left calf, I noticed her strokes were inconsistent and slowing down....I looked down from under the towel on my face and saw her texting.... wow. She also left me for at least 5 minutes and would not stop stop taking to her coworker after that return. And almost near the end of my massage, she left my bed to massage my friend for a minute or so, when she was already done with hers. Like wtf??? She also went too hard on my shoulders after I told her to go softer, but she insisted "don't cry baby, I fix. I know what I'm doing." This resulted in both my shoulders being in pain and a bruise on one of them today. I was not looking for deep tissue, hence why I insisted on lighter pressure. I wish I could take my tip and money back. ABSOLUTELY horrible!!!
