  • Potential renter beware! I dealt with Maddie for about 2 weeks before moving on, and if my dealings with her are any indication of the way all business is handled within Rosenbaum Realty then I feel bad for anyone who got conned into signing a lease with them. I could never get ahold of anyone when I called, and even after leaving multiple messages I would only be called back about once every 2-3 days. This seems to be where at least part of the problem lies. They are too busy to answer or return any calls, therefore they cannot verify rental applications. I have an excellent rental history but they can't finish my application because nobody can get ahold of them! Wasted 40$ on an application fee. Thankfully I didn't end up stuck with them.
