  • Bagels are not baked on location but are brought in - nevertheless they were fresh. Staff need to brush up on their product knowledge. For instance, when asked for lox and cream cheese spread, they had no clue and got the order wrong - lox is the same as smoked salmon. Not as wide a selection of beverages as the other locations. Otherwise good, and hopefully with time the staff will get up to speed.
