  • Bad customer service. I was ordering my breakfast sandwich and coffee. Instead of asking me how would you like your coffee, the lady at the cashier said this to me. You should tell me how you want the coffee to be. I told her you should be the one asking. She insist that it is me who should tell her. Just wondering who is the customer here and why can't we turn it into a happy moments and make life easier for everyone....
