I had high hopes for this show. And it lived up to my expectations and didn't. I wanted to see a variety show which this was, I wanted to see talented singers, which they were. But I was expecting a VEGAS show. I guess as a kid I had been to too many shows at Ceasers where you sit in those cool half moon shaped booths and there are waitresses. This was like sitting in a small jr high theatre. One usher sat people in the wrong seats and then another one moved them and really it was kinda silly since the entire back half of the auditorium was empty! I felt kinda sad for the performers that it wasn't sold out. You would think the hotel would give tix away at some point just to fill the place. It wasn't easy to find once inside Planet Hollywood, its halfway through a mall and let me tell you that was no fun in high heels. It was so far from anything I ended up buying flip flops to walk back in! lol
I give 5 stars for the cast and 1 star for the venue, hence the 3 star average.
Least the tix were a good deal at that half price place at fashion mall.
Oh and cause we had general admission seats we were told we would have to wait in a line. So we are there and we have no idea how many people are going to see the show and a waitress comes over and brings us inside and if you order a drink you can get in earlier. So we did that, anything is better than waiting in line after sprinting through a hotel lobby, a casino and a mall! People who woked in the casino didn't even know where this theatre was. yikes.
