  • They advertise that they pick you up. My car broke down so i made a reservation online and then called them to get picked up. They told me no one was available and to take a cab. Ended up taking cab and making reservation with Avis for $23 less...cab ride was $22. It worked out for us however they did not live up to their own advertising.
