rev:text	"I don't mind to paying a little more for GREAT SERVICE" On Wednesday 10/11 I made the decision to to hire a Lawn Care company I have always done my lawn and taken pride in that but the last couple of months I had let it go. maybe to the heat or just busy with work. Late in the evening I jumped on Yelp and used the Quote feature to solicit quotes for my lawn. out of the numerous I had asked for quotes i only received two back on 1 of the 2 I did not request a quote ar all. The first contacted me and I was out of his territory. I then started receiving text messages from Luis. Not recognizing Luis's company I decided to jump on Yelp and take a look. extremely happy with what I saw I reached out and contacted Luis. Luis and I discussed the service and the price. I then had just one more request, Could I be placed in the schedule for Thursday (the next day) or Friday (the day after). Without hesitation Luis advised that he could place me in on that Friday. I was very happy! Then out of the blue Luis texted me back and said he could have one of his guys there tomorrow. This exceeded my expectation even more. Luis made the whole thing very easy, he is understanding, and I felt my needs took top priority. The next day Botanist of the Valley came out and did my first service. I could not believe how nice the yard look. Very very cleanly done. the lawn was manicured, the edges were straight, and not a ny cut grass debris to be found..... So, I strongly recommend Botanist of the Valley and Luis on his exceptional customer service alone and of'course the great work on the lawn,
