  • I had ordered a dress for my event on a Saturday night. In fact, I had ordered *two* dresses, just in case one didn't work since I was on a time crunch and they were arriving on Friday night. Imagine my horror when BOTH dresses had zipper issues and it was twenty four hours to my event, and I had no dress! I frantically turned to Yelp and started searching for anyone that might be able replace the zipper on one of the dresses, on a Saturday, in less than eight hours time. I contacted Europin on Friday night, forty minutes before they were scheduled to close, and asked if they could take on that task - fully expecting a no, or no answer at all. To my surprise, they replied very quickly, said they could do it in the rushed time I had, and quoted me at an extremely reasonable rate! So, at 10:00am on the dot on Saturday morning, I had my boyfriend drop off the dress as I went to work, and held my breath until I got the notification from them at 3:00pm that my dress was ready for pickup. Holy, they work fast! I went to pick up my dress, and not only was the zipper replaced with a strong, sturdy, bridal zipper, they had also put in an hook and eye closure for me and steamed my dress! The owner who handed me my dress was so pleasant and I could not have been happier with the work. I was able to wear my dress for the event and looked amazing. I got compliments the entire night, and it never would have been possible without this place. I have several expensive suiting pieces and designer denim pieces that need alterations and whatnot that I've never done due to, well, if I'm being honest, pure laziness and not wanting to have to find a tailor. But after my experience with this place, I'll definitely be bringing my business here in the future. Thank you so much!
