  • Beware of fake reviews: do NOT go to this place. They will try and make you sign a document agreeing to pay late fees even when you show up on time. I rather pay more with an honest company than deal with hidden fees. EDIT July 22 2017: Owner comment's below are false. There was never any "Intake form", or any "Medical Records Form". The document I was asked to sign was just one page and it says that I agree to pay late fees, even though I was there 30 min before my appointment.
