  • Had the EXACT same driver as Destiny P. Who wrote her review about 6 months ago. I am disgusted that this driver is still employed! We took a taxi from the MGM grand to the airport with taxi #111. The company was Western Cab. I am not 100% certain of the cab driver's name, but if memory serves, I believe it was Dimitri.  During our ride to the airport our cab driver used red lights to write on his spreadsheet, which I did not think was safe. But I said nothing.  We arrived at the airport around 1:35pm and the total fare was a bit more than $11. When given the option to tip, I gave $2 (18%). Upon seeing this, the cab driver asked if we were paying on a company card. My husband indicated that, yes, it was being run as a business expense. The cab driver then said "that's not much,  you're so cheap,  because you're on business you are cheap." My husband and mother were stunned to silence and I said "wow, that was extremely rude. " to which the cab driver began shouting "you are cheap, get out of my fucking car!". I stayed in the car to take a picture of the number I needed to call to complain and I heard my mother calmly tell the cab driver that "the tip is at the discretion of the passenger. " to which the cab driver told her "I have to pay taxes on my tips,  you are fucking cheap!" I requested a receipt and the cab driver told us "fuck you" and got in his car and drove off.   I did not sign the receipt and I immediately called the cab service to complain. I firmly believe this man is dangerous and close to a violent outbreak. He has no regard for personal space during his bouts of anger and he chased us away from the car. I will gladly update my review if I hear that this driver has been terminated.
