  • They have a good variety, but customer service is terrible. It's like everybody I interacted with only half listened to my very simple request. I went in to find Liquid Latex, which was listed on their website. When I asked an employee where it was , he had no idea what it was but told me to go looking for it near the front (?). I couldn't find it this way, so I decided to e-mail customer service. My question was whether they had it in stock or not, and that is it. I suspect customer service is based in the U.S, because when I told them about my experience and mentioned it was in the Etobicoke location, they told me that I did not tell them where I was located so they could not help me. They said there was a check availability option on their website and to click a link in the email they sent me to try it out. There was no link in the e-mail, and it was sent from a no-reply e-mail address so I couldn't respond. Also, I had already checked for such an option before I e-mailed them and it is only available on their U.S website, not their Canadian one. I didn't call because I had talked to the employees in person and got no help. I tried their customer service and they only half read my e-mail and either didn't pay attention to my location or did not know about their own available services. I didn't order online because the shipping is 15 dollars. It should not be this hard to get an answer to a simple product question. *Edit* I just wanted to add on that I e-mailed them directly again saying that I could not get any help in store and re-iterating that the store was in Etobicoke, and got a reply telling me the only way to know was to contact the store. That does not help because the people in store did not know anything about their own products and neither customer service nor the store employees are willing to do a simple check. So, they don't actually do anything to help you or even read your e-mails properly. I am not going to check with every employee there to find one that maybe knows what liquid latex is. If they can't remember all of their inventory they should be willing to do a quick check to see if they have any in stock. This is a simple yes or no question and I have been given the runaround by several people who ignore any information I give them and then have the gall to tell me I didn't give information. This is a store not a DMV I don't understand why they don't know about their products and are unable to do a check. Absolutely horrible service I do not recommend.
