  • Very upset that they roomed me below a room that was under construction. I had a nice jack hammer banging through the roof at 6:00AM. When I told the receptionist all she said was that is the "normal" time for them to start. Thank you for the non wanted wake up call and non wanted customer service. This is not a cheap hotel and gurantee you can find another resort that is newer and the same price.
