  • You call it Pho Cali, I call it "PRICE GOUGING!!" Store front that looks like a front load washer, and I left feeling like I was "TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS". Not only did they insult us by adding a tip on our check, nasty lady refused to accept credit cards, slapped our US dollars around like rags and demanded an additional 20%. Meat tasted like damp cardboard; tasteless, like it was sitting in a pot of water all day. Beige tables and black chairs décor reminded me of a school cafeteria. Experience left me NAUSEATED, BULLIED and CHEATED...This put a dampener on my trip to Montreal.
